ReadItLater is a utility application that allows users to save, organize, and manage web links locally on their mobile device. The Service is provided “as is” and is intended for personal productivity use.

• Account and Synchronization: You may create an account to synchronize your data across devices. By creating an account, you agree to our storage of your personal data, including links, tags, and preferences, on our servers to provide this functionality.
• Local Storage: For users without an account (where applicable), data is stored locally on your device. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from device failure or app uninstallation for local-only users.
• Data Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the links and content you save within the application, whether stored locally or synced to our servers.
• Backups: We recommend maintaining backups of your data using the application’s “Backup” feature, regardless of your storage method.

• (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
